TERMINAL MANAGER
The Terminal Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s terminal, ensure efficient service delivery, and drive revenue growth. He/she will supervise staff, ensure buses depart at scheduled times, maintain operational discipline, and guarantee customer satisfaction while enforcing all company policies and safety standards.

Requirements
Education
- HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Transport Management, Logistics, or any related field
Experience/Skills
- Minimum of 8–10 years and above experience in transport operations, logistics, or terminal/branch management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in revenue monitoring and operational supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of transport industry regulations and operational standards
- Competence with basic computer applications (MS Office, ticketing systems)

Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee daily operations of the terminal, ensuring smooth service delivery
- Ensure all buses depart at scheduled times and follow designated routes
- Supervise ticketers, loaders, drivers, conductors, and other terminal staff
- Monitor revenue inflow and ensure compliance with company cash-handling procedures
- Handle customer complaints and ensure positive passenger experience
- Enforce safety and operational standards within the terminal
- Manage terminal resources, facilities, and ensure cleanliness/orderliness
- Report daily activities, challenges, and revenue summaries to management
- Investigate operational irregularities and enforce disciplinary measures
- Ensure proper documentation for all trips and staff activities
